Aloo Tikki

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon amchur
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat round patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Shallow fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Drain excess oil by placing them on a paper towel.
