3 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 large tomato (finely chopped)
1 cucumber (finely chopped)
2 boiled potatoes (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
2 tablespoons green chutney
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Chaat masala and black salt to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, sev, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and boiled potatoes.
Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney over the mixture, ensuring it coats the ingredients evenly.
Toss and mix the ingredients gently to combine all the flavors.
Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt to taste, enhancing the savory taste of the Bhel Puri.
Garnish with roasted peanuts and fresh coriander leaves for added crunch and freshness.
