4-5 pav buns or pizza dough
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, peas, bell peppers), boiled and mashed
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese

If using pav buns, slice them horizontally. If using pizza dough, roll it out into a circular shape to form the pizza base.
In a large skillet or pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for a minute until aromatic.

Toss in the chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
Add the mashed mixed vegetables to the pan and mix well with the onion and tomato mixture.
Sprinkle the Pav Bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt over the vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly and cook for a few minutes to let the flavors blend.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
If using pav buns, spread a generous amount of the prepared Pav Bhaji mixture on each bun half.
If using pizza dough, spread a layer of the Pav Bhaji mixture over the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the Bhaji layer.
Place the prepared pav buns or pizza on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
